All CHO products undergo comprehensive inspections before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer requirements. To strengthen our quality management system and enhance customer confidence, CHO is certified to both IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
Quality control is implemented throughout every stage of the manufacturing process. Our quality management system includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) reports for finished products. In addition, Statistical Process Control (SPC) is applied to monitor and optimize production processes, ensuring consistent product quality and process stability.
In order to provide customers with higher-quality products, CHO has continuously enhanced its production technologies and invested in automation equipment in recent years. This includes automatic inspection systems, trimming machines, spring loading machines, and packaging equipment, all aimed at meeting both quality and production capacity requirements.
Automatic inspection systems reduce reliance on manual inspection, thereby lowering labor costs and improving efficiency. These systems inspect critical dimensions such as inner diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and width, as well as surface appearance defects. The inspection data serves as an important reference for quality improvement and continuous process optimization.
