Quality Management
Our products are all inspected before shipment to ensure that the quality is in accordance with international standards. We are IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 accredited in order to increase customers’ confidence in us.
There is inspection at each step of production process. The quality management includes IQC, IPQC, OQC and QA report for finished parts. SPC analysis is undertaken to control production process.
In order to provide customers with more superior products, we’re continuously promoting our production technology and investing automatic facilities in recent years, including automatic inspection, trimming, spring loading and packing machines to fulfill the requirement of quality and quantity.
Automatic inspection machines help saving the cost of inspection by human and increasing time efficiency. The inspection includes the dimension of ID, OD and width as well as the defects on appearance. The results will be one of the most important references for quality improvement.
